Lavatory cleaning and toilet flushing after wearing masks and gloves as per cleaning instructions. Clean kitchen, counters and galley as per instructions. Deep internal cleaning including baggage/cargo holds when advised by EA. External cleaning as specified and when ordered by EA. Use Flush cart to service aircraft as per instructions. Use water cart to replenish tanks with potable water. Remove any contamination caused by airsickness, spilled food or drink and stains from seats or carpet. Collecting rubbish during turn around cleaning and other cleaning job. Carry out vacuum cleaning of carpet in aisle, under seats and cockpit. Any observed discrepancy is brought to knowledge of EA. Join other Ramp staff in clearing parking stand of FOD. When tasked by EA collecting rubbish during turn around cleaning and other cleaning job. Any additional duties assigned by AM/EA & SA. |

Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of personnel in his shift. Raising of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR) if any, to AMA before cease work. Feedback to Manager/Assistant Manager Airside on FSR, Hazard Reports etc. Prepare and complete Airside Activity Form. Load cleaning pre and post cleaning pictures on PA Net. Coordinator Training will report to Manager Training on all official matters. To maintain the training records and keep their Training Folders updated according to the requirements and directives of CAA, Pakistan and any other instructions by Chief Pilot Training and Manager Training. To monitor and arrange all ground training / courses. Booking of various course slots with outside agencies in case courses are not conducted at Airblue Training Center. To arrange Hotel accommodation for out station employees, visiting Airblue Training Center for training. Keep a track of the validity/expiry of all courses / Training. Keep Manager Training informed about the above all the times. Liaise with cockpit crew regarding training matters. Prepare and arrange class rooms as per the requirement of training Instructor / manager training. Procure required training material and stationery as per the requirement. Issuance of Training material / equipment to instructor / students as per requirement. Ensure the serviceability of all equipment in the training center and timely inform manager training regarding any discrepancy. Preparation of correspondence with CAA, other agencies and departments. Routine office running of the Training Center and assisting Manager Training. Any other job/work assigned by Chief Pilot Training and Manager Training. |
